Project Goals

The framework's goals are as follows:

  1. Provide a set of core-interfaces and their implementing models that have properties that can be tuned to enable association between components.
  2. Provide a scalable distributed execution platform for the neural-network since, some neural-system might consist of billions of components.
  3. Design the tools and libraries that will enable productive neural-system design.
  4. Provide tools that can be used to study the state of a neural-system and its state-derived data.
